Overview

At Badlander Digital, we provide comprehensive services for print products that include graphic design and printing through a trusted manufacturing partner. Our service is designed to ensure quality from design to delivery, with clear steps for order approval and handling shipping issues.

Order Process and Pricing

Design and Approval: All graphic designs are reviewed and approved by you, the customer, to ensure that all information is accurate and meets your expectations before proceeding with printing.

Pricing: Costs are determined based on the availability of materials and the quantity ordered. We offer significant discounts for wholesale quantities, providing cost-effective solutions for larger orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Included Shipping: Shipping costs are included in the pricing of our print products. Items are shipped directly from the print floor to your doorstep, ensuring a streamlined process.

Tracking and Insurance: Once your items are prepared for shipping, you will receive a tracking number. We offer additional shipping insurance at an extra cost, which we recommend to protect your order during transit.

Handling Issues and Returns

Immediate Reporting: In the event of receiving damaged goods due to bad packaging, it is crucial to report the issue immediately. We require photographic evidence of the packaging as it was received to file a claim with the shipping company.

Filing Claims: Once we receive your report and supporting evidence, we will promptly file a claim on your behalf to address the issue. The ability to successfully claim compensation from the shipping company hinges on the promptness and adequacy of your initial report.

Insurance Claims: If you opted for shipping insurance, claims for damaged goods will be handled through the insurance provider. This typically allows for a more straightforward resolution and compensation process.

Client Responsibilities

Review and Approval

You are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all final designs before printing. This ensures that the product meets your specifications and reduces the likelihood of errors.

Reporting Issues

Should there be any issues with the delivered product, it is your responsibility to report these issues as outlined above, including providing necessary documentation and evidence promptly.
